perfect location in the very nice area, just off both the main shopping centre and the metro, gran via which is a great shopping and dining street, and most things from there. the staff - proactive and competent. functional & a decent size unit with fresh towels, a safe, for instance.

I stayed in the room that was cleaned daily with fresh towels and available with double bed for single use and bathroom, as example. The price was me$ 70. Also, location was marvellous and unbeatable, at a short distance from a huge plaza.

We loved the charming small and clean hotel with a great location in the center, the room was a good size and well-stocked for its value, so we happily stayed in all day.

had an amazing stay at negresco gran via during carnival in madrid! perfect location, central to all the main attractions. friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and no noise issues. exceeded my expectations!

Weak air conditioning.

Location just off all the major sites in madrid and a lovely cafe next door and both the main shopping centre and the metro.

Convenient spot, close to the main square, so you can easily walk there. Also not too far from the airport, only 16 miles away. The folks working here are friendly and know a lot about the local scene. 🌟

This hotel provides a variety of very clean rooms.

We loved the hotel's location right on the Grand Via, which made it convenient for shopping and exploring the city's attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel and the daily room service were commendable. Additionally, the free breakfast pastries were a nice touch.

Fabulous central location not far from shops, eateries, and attractions

Great variety of restaurants, shopping, and plazas nearby. In the heart of the city. Functional room with decent size for the value. A lot of goodies offered for breakfast.

Perfect location. just steps away from everything! The hotel is conveniently situated near major attractions, with several subway stations within walking distance. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and get around. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. It was great to have the control for the air conditioning right next to the bed, allowing me to adjust it easily during the night.

Occasional WiFi issues and thin walls were a minor inconvenience during my stay. The WiFi would sometimes have connectivity problems, but it wasn't a major issue.

Location.

The bath water was always cold, the safe-deposit key was never available and the AC did not work, so the room was always extremely hot.

Location was great

No ac controls within the room, it was really stuffy. We could open the window, but it was raining, and the window looked out into this weird alley which was not accessible by anyone (it felt like the window opened to some gross atrium or something).

Well-located in city center with convenient access to attractions. Room is clean and adequately furnished. Helpful and friendly staff. Modern and stylish room decor. Complimentary coffee machine at reception.
